quiet and convenient stay
pleasant area cute staff
This location worked well as my base for a few nights. The pool area is pleasant, and the room was a comfortable size! the staff was cute. I contacted the hotel on arrival, and they helped with my luggage, which i appreciated. i especially enjoyed the hotel being in a quiet area.
I noticed some fine rules posted everywhere with potential costs, like 300 thb for leaving the air conditioning on. That felt a little excessive! the air conditioning rule was inconvenient. I think the policy should be reconsidered.

The breakfast buffet had a decent selection from 7 am to 10 am. It included various options. vegan options were limited mainly to vegetables and fruit. the variety provided was simple, though adequate for starting the day.

The staff was friendly and helpful. They provided assistance with luggage transport from the pier to the hotel, approximately one kilometer away. they were accommodating with requests. i appreciated their promptness.

the location was quiet, it was a welcome escape. the swimming pool was large and clean. breakfast had great variety, the eggs were cooked well.
the walk from the pier with luggage was a bit long.

The location was very convenient. It was close to everything. the walk to the pier only took about 13 minutes. the staff members were very friendly. the breakfast buffet had plenty of choices.
I found a slight inconvenience with the limited number of parasols available near the pool. More shade would be beneficial during peak hours.

staff provided luggage transfer assistance upon checkout to the pier. i contacted the hotel in advance and they arranged assistance with luggage using a cart from the pier. this was very helpful, especially with heavier bags.
